Every morning, in the dining room or out on the terrace, looking out to sea. You choose the time, in half-hour slots up to 10:30.

Starter, main and dessert, with a drink: water, a soft drink, beer or a glass of wine. The menu changes daily; if you have allergies or would prefer something else, we’ll make you an alternative.

At Easter and in early June, the house hosts salitre.: six days of surfing, activities and meeting new people, for people aged 18 to 30.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00. If you’re arriving late, let us know.
Can I bring my dog?
Of course. Pets are always welcome, free of charge, with no limit on size or numbers.
What time is breakfast?
You choose, in half-hour slots up to 10:30. We’ll ask when you arrive, or you can let us know beforehand.
How do dinners work?
They’re €25 per person: starter, main, dessert and a drink. The menu changes daily, and if you have allergies we’ll make you an alternative. Add them when you book, or at breakfast on the day at the latest; you pay for them at the end of your stay.
What’s the minimum stay?
Three nights in every room. Book the whole house for 6 nights or more and get 10% off.
Are children and babies welcome?
Yes. Children aged 2 to 17 pay €10 per night; babies stay free and we have a free cot.
How do I pay, and what if I cancel?
When booking, you choose: Flexible (pay nothing until 30 days before and cancel for free until then), In 2 instalments (30% when booking and 70% 30 days before), Pay now with 8% off (non-refundable) or bank transfer. Except with Pay now, if you cancel between 29 and 15 days before, we refund 50%; after that, there’s no refund.
How do I get there? Is there parking?
We’re in Caravia, between Ribadesella and Lastres. The last stretch is a dirt track in good condition. Every room has its own free parking space on the property. We have one electric car charger: if you’ll need it, let us know before you come and we’ll keep it for you.
What does the room include?
A private bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and toiletries; towels, bedding, wifi and a wardrobe.
Why do you ask for my details before I arrive?
Spanish law requires us to register every guest. To save you time when you arrive, we send you an online check-in form a few days beforehand.
